You want to feel like yourself again.
But maybe you’re not even sure who that is anymore. Perhaps your thoughts keep spinning, or your relationships feel harder than they should. You might be exhausted from trying to keep it all together. Deep down, you wonder if it will always feel this way.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you – it’s about rediscovering who you are beneath the self-doubt, pressure, and past. In our work together, we’ll create a space where you can feel safe exploring, reflecting, and reconnecting with yourself, your emotions, and the people you care about.
My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I’m here to help you challenge old patterns, deepen your understanding of yourself, and build healthier ways of relating to your inner and outer worlds.
Couples are welcome here.
If you’re a couple, therapy is a space to untangle the frustration and disconnection and find your way back to each other.
We’ll work together to understand your attachment patterns better and develop new ways to communicate, heal, and strengthen your bond.
Therapy is a process.
Therefore, you don’t have to figure everything out before you begin.
Understanding starts with your showing up. Therefore, take the first decisive step by contacting me today.
Together, we will figure it out!
About Me
Therapy offers a time to explore and grow.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in South Florida. I earned my Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and have spent nearly a decade supporting clients through their unique journeys.
Growing up in South Florida, I was surrounded by a beautiful blend of cultures, which sparked my early curiosity about people and the complexity of our emotional worlds. That curiosity became a calling, and today, I feel honored to sit with people as they explore what makes them who they are.

I draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, humanistic approaches, coaching, and solution-focused techniques – always tailoring our work to fit your needs. My methods help you increase self-awareness, deepen self-compassion, and move toward real, lasting change.
Half of my practice is devoted to couples therapy, where I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method techniques. I’m deepening my training to bring the most effective tools to our work together. I also hold certification as an addiction professional, and through that lens, I help clients navigate recovery or support loved ones who are.

Outside of the therapy room…
I love connecting with people, reflecting deeply, and occasionally binge-watching reality TV to balance my life.
